Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Balajii Automation account and its data here, without the app. If you still have the app, you can also do it there: Menu → My Account → Delete Account.

How it works

1. Sign in below with your account's email and password.
2. Confirm by typing DELETE.
3. Your account is deleted immediately. This can't be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, name and password.
• Your account record and the list of devices registered to it.
• The secure connection credentials for your account and for each of your devices. Your devices stop working with the app until someone sets them up again.

What is kept, and for how long

• Each device's last reported on/off status stays on our messaging service until that device is set up again. It contains no personal information.
• Service logs that include your account's internal ID are kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.
• Settings stored in the app on your phone (such as device names, display preferences and automation settings) are removed when the app next signs you out, or when you uninstall it.

Can't sign in?

Use Forgot password? above to reset it. If that doesn't work, email anandverma26n@gmail.com from the email address your account uses, asking for your account to be deleted, and we'll delete it for you. We can only act on requests sent from the account's own address.
